| "RU-GOINGOUT.COM would like to take this opportunity
to thank the BT Broadband Partnership staff; Simon Jackson, Clare Gribbon
and Nancy Baynes etc, for their hospitality hosted in such an unique setting
as Tower Bridge with spectacular views of the London skyline as can be viewed
above. We look forward to the next partnership event, maybe the next one
will be in Glasgow. I hope that the partnership continues to grow and that
all our broadband users benefit from all the enhanced content on the partners
websites." Steve Gaston, Managing Director |

| BT RE-DESIGNS BT BROADBAND LANDING-PAGE
TO OFFER USERS NEW SERVICES. BT Broadband, BT’s access-only high speed internet
product, has re-designed its landing-page web site to offer users a range
of value-added services and promotions through a number of new and existing
partners. “ The companies we have partnered with
to date - and those we continue to actively seek – view broadband
as playing an increasingly important role in their strategy. This means,
while we are keen to bring our customers great content and services from
big name brands, we are also keen to partner with lesser know brands who
can offer niche and compelling broadband services” For further information about becoming a BT Broadband partner
please contact:
BT Broadband is £27 a month by Direct Debit or £28 otherwise. Free activation charge is available until June 30, 2003. This represents a saving of £60. New subscribers will also be able to buy a broadband modem for just £50, a saving of £30. BT Broadband is compatible with most email services including BT Openworld email. Broadband is subject to availability and survey and requires a BT single PSTN telephone line. A 12 months minimum term applies from date of activation. Broadband costs are in addition to normal PSTN line rental and voice/data call charges. Broadband is not available to certain lines and services. Minimum PC specification required. BT Broadband will provide up to 512k internet access to the customer's computer and 64k to 256k from the customer's machine via a broadband connection, from where customers can access internet services. This speed is widely accepted as the current standard of broadband speed and is up to 10 times faster than PSTN. BT Broadband is a mass-market consumer broadband
product, designed for customers downloading up to 1 gigabyte of data a
day. This means customers would be able to download approximately 200
music tracks, 650 short videos, 10,000 pictures, or around 100 large software
programmes every day. |
